A living biostimulant with long-lasting impact.

How it Works:

At an application rate of only 8 ounces per acre, EnSoil Algae stimulates natural nutrient cycling and soil microbial activity, resulting in the following benefits:

  1. Stimulates and grows microbial population and diversity

  2. Increases plant nutrient uptake and improves overall plant health

  3. Enhances chlorophyll and improves photosynthetic capacity

  4. Increases plant tolerance to stress and soil water retention capacity

The Power of Live Cells

EnSoil Algae’s living algae cells produce phytohormones that stimulate microbial life for weeks, rather than days like common biostimulant extracts. The live cells also act as an endophyte, actively transporting beneficial microbes, nutrients, and its own chlorophyll directly to the plants, providing a continuous, active benefit.

Refer to Rutgers University Part I and Rutgers University Part II for more information.

Comparison chart showing EnSoil Algae and Seaweed extracts. EnSoil Algae does not contain live cells, has extended phytohormone availability, improves nutrient cycling, participates actively in nutrient cycling, improves long-term fertility storage, and is taken up endophytically by plants, with recommended application every 2 to 4 weeks. Seaweed extracts contain live cells, have brief phytohormone availability, improve nutrient cycling, do not actively participate in nutrient cycling, do not improve long-term fertility storage, and are not taken up endophytically, with recommended application 1 to 4 times per season.
